How we make automation scale without breaking.

We start by mapping the current flows and the tech stack so the real shape of the estate is on one page. We design the template and instance model that lets every brand or location run its own campaigns while inheriting from a master. We translate flows for the target platform, preserving the logic that made them work rather than copy-pasting steps. We wire the channels and the data so email, SMS, push, and the CRM move together. Then we govern tokens and templates so the system stays coherent as it grows.

One pattern, anonymized: a multi-brand safety manufacturer moving from one email platform to HubSpot across three brands. The hard part was not the migration. It was translating what each nurture flow actually meant for that audience, and re-establishing who owns a lead across marketing and sales once it crossed the line.
