Million dollar deal, binge watch battle, and predicting the future.

Hey All,

It’s March already. 🫠

Is this year going faster than the last one?

Dobby, my dog, is looking for a new hooman because, he says, I don’t play with him like before.🫤

I guess everyone needs downtime, huh?

I’m going to make time to play.

In Axelerant’s IPL Prediction Pro 2023. 🤟🏻

It starts on March 31, 2023, along with the Indian Premier League.

Anyone interested in predicting the future and cricket shouldn’t miss it.

You can predict all kinds of match-related stuff with the press of a button.

Join #guild-cricket on Slack to participate.

Winners take home prizes, which was plain old 💰💸 last year.

And I’m playing to win—need new binoculars. 👁️

See you on the field.

Do you know about the deal? No?

The deal with the University of East London.

Come check this *cue music*

Confession: I tried all my skills to sabotage the deal.

Even locked some of these people in a room from outside.

But they work completely remote, so. . .

Well, there’s one silver lining.

Let’s just say: the next time UEL sends a gift basket for a job well done—it won’t reach Axelerant.

And the “binge watch” Oscar goes to. . .

Surabhi Gokte and Sana Tomar planned a trivia for “maniacal” binge watchers.

I infiltrated the game and saw questions like these on the screen.

People had to answer within 10 seconds before the next Q popped up.

The title of the “greatest binge watcher” was at stake.

And cash prize, too.

A ferocious battle of 24 questions unfolded.

When the smokescreen—from the ashes of the defeated—cleared, two  winners emerged.

Pranjali Dobhal claimed the title of the greatest.

When Surabhi later approached her with the cash prize, she waved her hand and said:

“Apple TV subscription for maybe a year, please.”

We continue our war against drama.

And on toxic relationships.😵‍💫

Last month, Axelerant Performance Coach Nanditha Krishnan took a session on the Drama Triangle Model by Stephen Karpman.

She shared how we switch between the roles of:

👉 The hero, or the “rescuer”

👉 The victim

👉 The bully, or the “persecutor”

And consequently, knowingly and unknowingly, get entangled in unhealthy relationships.

She’s going to share how—instead of getting caught up in the drama—we can get empowered through the same life experiences.

On March 22, 2023.

So, if you’re interested, reach out to me. I’ll sneak you in.

Are you waiting to take the leap?

Of trying out a new platform or expanding your expertise area?

It’s never been easier if you’re still on the edge. 🕺🏻

For instance, Rahul Shinde was a Drupal engineer for 12 long years.

Before he realized that he needed to explore more options, and took up Mautic.

If things don’t work out, you can always revert to your earlier position, unlike this corgi.

Speaking of positions. . . 👇🏻

If you know someone who might be a good fit for our open positions, refer them.

These people have a generous referral bonus. 💵

BTW, I was thinking of switching from being a spy. 🤔

If. . .I were Michelle Yeoh’s character in “Everything Everywhere All At Once”—living multiple lives simultaneously.

But in this life, I’ve got my eyes on them. 👀
Over and out.
